What we do?

Headed by Stephanie Rose, we provide the full range of care services - for the elderly and the vulnerable who wish to remain at home rather than move to a care home or sheltered accommodation.

Working with clients’ families, we prepare and implement simple care plans aimed at extending the client’s opportunity to stay and remain safe at home with supported living provided by the service.

Who we are?

We are a co-operative - a small team of carers with experience of dealing with elderly and vulnerable clients. We work as a team, sharing experience, training and patient information to provide a seamless service and ethos of care for each individual client.

How we work?

We work in partnership with the client’s family. From discussions with families and the client concerned, individual care plans are formulated, implemented and adhered to. The service is truly bespoke, with a named carer attached to each client, taking principal responsibility, and providing the main care for that client. We account daily by on-line calendar and video log of the client’s care.

Why Stephanie’s Bespoke Care Service rather than an agency or care home?

The service accepts a limited number of clients, where each client is treated individually according to their needs and wishes, and the wishes of their family.
Each client has a named carer who will undertake their principal care. In contrast with agencies, clients of the service benefit from this day-to-day continuity and familiarity. With our service the client receives true continuity of care.
Morning and night visits are for a minimum of 1 hour, and the designated carer will be available to extend the visit where required.
Members of the client’s family can access their relatives care calendar on-line 24 hours a day, and can opt to receive a daily video log of the client’s care. In addition to providing up-to-date information, it provides reassurance for families concerning the quality of care given.
The service is a private service run by an experienced team, working in partnership with local health services, and is non profit making.
